Ticket reversal terms:
- This action cannot be undone.
- After completing this action the ticket is invalidated.
- You will receive your money back in 7 work days or sooner in your account.
- Tickets can only be reversed at least 2 hours before the bus starts it's route.
- You can get back 75% of the value of intercity bus tickets and up to 80% of the value of international bus tickets. The Ticket Commission is not refundable.
