Ticket return
Where can bus ticket be returned?
You can return transport tickets in the Transport ticket returns section or via the link in the ticket confirmation email. Bus tickets can be returned personally to Riga International bus terminal hall administrator, Pragas street 1 if more than 2 hours left until the departure from start stop of the bus. Money will be returned on buyer’s bank account. In case, there is bought one e-ticket for several passengers, it is possible to return whole e-ticket only.
Where can event tickets be returned?
Event and movie tickets can not be returned.

How to get a bus ticket discount?
1) Select the route you need; 2) Click on the "Full ticket" field and the system will offer all available discounts. Choose the one you need; 3) Put the ticket in the cart and make the payment.
How to buy luggage or pet tickets for the bus?
Luggage or pet tickets must be purchased from the bus driver. It is not possible to buy a ticket for luggage or a pet online.
What percentage of the ticket value will be returned?
Returning e-ticket: - passenger receives 75% of the value of intercity bus tickets and up to 80% of the value of international bus tickets, if the ticket is returned more than 2 hours before departure from start stop of the bus. Commission fee is not returned.
When the sale of bus tickets is being started?
Domestic route ticket sales start 10 days before the bus route departure and international route ticket sales start 30 days before the bus route departure.
When is ticket sale being interrupted?
Bus ticket sale is being interrupted half an hour before bus departure. If you are willing to purchase a ticket from the bus stop where the coach will stop during the route (not from the terminal), it must be done half an hour before bus departure from the terminal.

How does bus e-ticket work?
Coach e-ticket (see paper e-ticket or SMS e-ticket) function just like a ticket purchased at the box office. For domestic bus trips, the ticket can be printed out or sent to a mobile phone via SMS (only to telephone numbers registered in Latvia) after purchase on the Internet. When boarding a bus on domestic buses, you will need to present a printout of the ticket, an SMS ticket or a ticket in electronic format on any device that can display it. If it is not possible to present a ticket to you, it is possible to give the driver the exact ticket code on domestic bus journeys. The SMS ticket can only be used on domestic bus services. The bus driver will check the ticket for its code against the data on the waybill. For international bus journeys, the ticket must be printed and presented to the driver. If it is necessary to include the ticket in the accounting as a supporting document, it is necessary to print it after paying for the ticket.
How does event e-ticket work?
Event and cinema e-tickets after purchase, will be available to you as a .PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader) document (see sample here), which you can print or send to yourself by e-mail. In addition to the ticket, you will also receive the terms of use of the e-ticket. The purchased ticket can be printed with any type of black and white or color printer on an A4 sheet. Control at the entrance to the event will be performed by reading the barcode on the e-ticket.
Prepaid invoice required
It is possible to create an invoice for the purchase of tickets independently. Choose the event, the number of tickets you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart. In the next step, in the ticket purchase section where you need to provide an email address, note that you are purchasing tickets as a business. Enter your business details. When paying, select "Pay by bank transfer". The system will prepare the invoice and reserve the tickets. As soon as the invoice is paid and the money enters the BezRindas.lv account, the system will send the reserved tickets.
Postpaid invoice required
You can download the ticket invoice yourself. The e-mail with which you received the tickets contains a link that takes you to an invoice template where you can enter your company details. Save them and download the invoice. Also, tickets and invoices can always be found in the "Lost or not received ticket" help section of our website, where you can find the ticket and invoice by entering the purchase data from the bank.
