MAD LIEPĀJA 2026 Event Attendance Rules

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful event for all visitors, participants, and organizers, every attendee is required to comply with these rules. By attending the event, visitors confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to follow these regulations.

1. General Rules

1.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, activity schedule, and venue layout without prior notice.
1.2. Visitors must follow the instructions of the organizers, security personnel, medical staff, and other authorized persons.
1.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event area if they violate these rules or endanger the safety of others.

2. Safety

2.1. Visitors are responsible for their own actions and personal safety during the event.
2.2. Children under the age of 14 must attend the event under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
2.3. Visitors must respect all safety barriers and are prohibited from entering restricted areas not designated for the public.

3. Prohibited Items and Substances

The following items are prohibited within the event area:

Weapons, ammunition, and weapon-like objects;
Fireworks, explosives, and flammable substances;

The organizer and security personnel have the right to inspect bags and personal belongings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Sports Activities and Competitions

4.1. Participants in competitions and activities are fully responsible for their own health condition and physical fitness.
4.2. Participants must comply with the regulations of their specific discipline and follow the instructions of judges and officials.
4.3. The organizer is not liable for injuries resulting from a participant’s negligence, failure to follow rules, or voluntary assumption of risk.

5. Photography and Filming

5.1. Photography and video recording may take place during the event.
5.2. By attending the event, visitors agree that their image, likeness, or recorded footage may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without additional consent.

6. Personal Belongings

6.1. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
6.2. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

7. Environmental Responsibility

7.1. Visitors must use the waste bins provided throughout the event area.
7.2. Damaging event infrastructure, equipment, green areas, or any other property is prohibited.
7.3. Any person causing damage will be held liable in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. In the event of an emergency, visitors must immediately follow the instructions of organizers, security personnel, police, firefighters, or medical staff.
